Have a little Halloween fun at breakfast or snack time with this healthy fruit smoothie bowl that's topped with chia seeds and strawberry to look like a witch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- ½ frozen banana, sliced (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup whole-milk plain yogurt
- ¼ cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, divided
- 1 strawberry

- Combine mango, spinach, banana, yogurt, milk, vanilla and ½ teaspoon chia seeds in a blender. Puree until smooth.
